Accessibility statement (EN)
This accessibility statement applies to the website [www.treehouse-ticketing.com], hereinafter referred to as the "website".
Treehouse Ticketing GmbH is the operator of this website and is obliged to make it accessible in accordance with the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG).
The web shop is based on a technical platform provided and developed by white label eCommerce GmbH.
Description of the service
Our online service is a publicly available web shop where tickets for events can be purchased. We also offer gift vouchers. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in this ticket shop.
Payment can be made digitally by bank transfer (prepayment), Sofort by Klarna, PayPal, credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Once payment has been received, you will receive your tickets by email. The payment methods and ticket formats available may vary depending on the event.
Status of conformity
We have set ourselves the goal of meeting accessibility standards. We are actively working to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and the European standard EN 301 549, as required by the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and the respective countries (e.g. the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG)). At present, the website largely complies with the above standards. This means that although most of our content and key features are accessible, some areas do not yet fully comply with the standards.
Accessibility limitations
The accessibility review of our web shop is not yet complete. The areas mentioned in this statement refer to barriers that have been identified so far. Additional barriers may be identified during further testing. We will update the statement as soon as new findings are available or previously known barriers have been removed.
- Keyboard operation and focus display:
The web shop, the checkout process and the customer account are not yet fully keyboard- . The keyboard focus is not visible on many controls. - PDF documents:
Some PDF documents offered on the website are not yet fully accessible. For example, they do not contain structured tags, which makes them difficult to use with screen readers. - Form fields and controls:
On various pages, some form fields and buttons are not yet correctly labelled or technically implemented in such a way that they can be correctly recognised by screen readers. - Images without alternative text:
The cookie symbol in the footer does not currently contain alternative text, which makes it difficult to use with screen readers. However, this element is not required to complete a ticket purchase. - Colour contrasts:
The colour contrasts for inactive buttons and individual text elements on various pages do not yet meet the requirements for accessible readability. Inactive buttons do not perform any function and meet the contrast requirements as soon as they are activated. - Display at high magnification:
At 200% zoom, longer texts in modal windows cannot yet be scrolled. This means that not all content may be readable. These modal windows contain explanatory information, but are not required to complete a ticket purchase.
The barriers described in this section relate to both technical components of the underlying web shop system and content and design elements provided individually by Treehouse Ticketing GmbH. The causes may vary depending on the individual case.
